Roberta D'Ascenzi

Roberta D’Ascenzi is General Manager, Continental Europe, EMEA Region. She manages operational functions for RGA across Continental Europe, including pricing, portfolio monitoring, underwriting, claims and treaties. 

Roberta is an Italian Qualified Actuary with 20 years of direct insurance, consultancy, and reinsurance experience. She also obtained an Executive Master’s in Business Administration (EMBA) in 2018.

Since joining RGA in 2016, Roberta has served as a Chief Pricing Actuary for RGA Italy, Netherlands and Nordic Countries, and led operations for Italy and Southern Continental Europe. Before joining RGA, Roberta served as the Head of Product and Underwriting for MetLife Italy.
