Quentin Marsh is Senior Vice President and Head of Global Financial Solutions (GFS), North America.
The GFS team consists of more than 160 professionals who, together with RGA business and corporate partners worldwide, produce and manage RGA’s asset-intensive, longevity, and capital-motivated reinsurance business. Quentin’s goal is to bring the best solutions and most durable commitments to the North American life reinsurance market.
Quentin began his career at EY, in the company’s Global Insurance Center. He progressed through successive leadership positions before joining RGA in 2012 as Vice President of GFS Business Development, where he spent his time working with RGA’s clients to solve their risk and capital management matters. In 2019 Quentin departed RGA to become the Chief Financial Officer of Munich Re U.S. Life and Health. He returned to RGA GFS in the spring of 2022 with a renewed appreciation for all the things that make RGA exceptional.
Quentin is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and received his Master of Accountancy (MAcc) from the University of Missouri.
