Patricia L. (Tricia) Guinn is the retired Managing Director of Risk and Financial Services at Towers Watson and served as a member of the company’s executive leadership team. As Managing Director, she oversaw delivery of insurance consulting and software, reinsurance brokerage, and investment services to clients globally. During her 39-year career with Towers Watson, she also advised senior insurance company executives and boards on major strategic issues, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, financial analysis, and performance measurement.
Tricia is also a member of the board of directors of AssetMark Financial Holdings, Inc., and Constellation Insurance Holdings; she chairs the audit committee of each and is a member of the compensation committee of AssetMark. She is an Association Member of BUPA, a leading international healthcare group, and an advisory board member of EOS Ventura Partners. She previously served on the board of Allied World Assurance Company Holdings AG.
A 2014 recipient of the Actuarial Foundation’s Insurance Legends Award, Tricia is a fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA), a member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA), and a Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst (CERA). She has served on the board of the Actuarial Foundation, and is a current board member of the International Insurance Society, a member of the Society of Actuaries Nominating Committee, and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries Financial Regulatory Task Force.
Tricia has been a director since 2016.
