Nolan Rea

As an Analyst on the Private Debt & Equity team, Nolan Rea is responsible for evaluating underwriting, monitoring, and performing due diligence on direct lending (unitranche, second lien, mezzanine) and equity co-investment opportunities as well as fund investments. 

Prior to joining RGA full-time in 2024, Nolan completed an internship with the Private Debt & Equity team in 2023. His responsibilities included analyzing financial packages of existing portfolio companies, compiling performance metrics on the portfolio, and other ad hoc projects.

Nolan holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
