Nicholas Marlo

As an Associate on the Private Debt and Equity team, Nicholas Marlo is responsible for evaluating, underwriting, monitoring, and performing due diligence on direct lending (unitranche, second lien, mezzanine) and equity co-investment opportunities as well as fund investments.

Prior to joining RGA full-time in 2020 as an Analyst, Nicholas completed an internship with the Private Debt & Equity team in 2019.  His responsibilities included in-depth diligence of new investment opportunities and monitoring the existing portfolio. 

Nicholas received a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics and Finance from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
