Matt Schau

As an Associate on the Private Debt and Equity team, Matt Schau is responsible for evaluating, underwriting, monitoring, and performing due diligence on direct lending (unitranche, second lien, mezzanine) and equity co-investment opportunities as well as fund investments.  

Prior to joining RGA, Matt was an associate analyst at Fitch Ratings, one of the Big Three credit rating agencies. In his role, he was responsible for monitoring collateralized loan obligation (CLO) transactions and assisting in structured credit market research.

Matt received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Indiana University, where he majored in finance and international business.
