Matt Ference

As an Analyst on the Private Debt and Equity team, Matt Ference is responsible for evaluating and underwriting direct lending (unitranche, second lien, mezzanine) and equity co-investment opportunities as well as fund investments.  

Prior to joining RGA in 2022, Matt received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in marketing, a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.), and Master of Science (M.S.) in finance from Northern Illinois University where he was also a member of the football team.
