Kyeonghwa Kim

Kyeonghwa Kim is Chief Pricing Actuary in the Korea office and is responsible for pricing and research and development. Prior to joining RGA in 2011, she worked at MetLife Korea for eight years in various actuarial roles ranging from product development to valuation. In 2008, she moved to Mirae Asset Securities and worked as a pension actuary for two years.

She received a Bachelor’s degree in mathematics and economics from Yonsei University and a Master’s degree in actuarial science from the University of Waterloo. She is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Korea (FIAK). She also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
