Kim Lancaster is aretired Vice President, Underwriting Operations at RGA Reinsurance Company. In her most recent role, she was responsible for the daily operations of the US Underwriting Team.
She has 34 years of underwriting experience in insurance and reinsurance. Before joining RGA in 1994 as an Underwriting Consultant in the U.S. Facultative division, she was a Senior Underwriting Consultant with General American Life Insurance Company, and before then, an underwriter with Royal Neighbors of America, a fraternal life insurer specializing in the women’s market.
Kim has a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Maryville University. She is a Fellow of the Academy of Life Underwriting (FALU) and of the Life Management Institute (FLMI), and she holds LOMA’s Associate in Customer Service (ACS) designation. Kim is active with RGA’s FALU club, is Past President of the Southeastern Home Office Underwriters Association and a past Program Committee Member for the Association of Home Office Underwriters.
