Karen Edgerton is Senior Vice President, North America Pricing. Prior to her current role, she led RGA’s stable value business, building a block of stable value wrap business which covers over $13 billion of externally managed stable value portfolios, while also implementing an in-house developed administration system.
Karen joined RGA in 2012 and has over 31 years of experience as an actuary in pricing and product development roles involving annuity, group insurance, and reinsurance products. Prior to joining RGA, Karen held several executive positions with insurance and reinsurance companies, including AEGON, ING Re, Swiss Re, and Lincoln Life.
Karen received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in actuarial science from Ball State University, and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA), a Member of the Academy of Actuaries (MAAA), and a member of the Stable Value Industry Association (SVIA).
