Jennifer Tabb is Vice President of Pension Risk Transfer Administration at RGA. An experienced professional with over 20 years in the financial services industry, she works closely with internal and external parties to support pension risk transfer (PRT) deals. She has a strong focus on PRT administration, including oversight of our administration partners. Driven by her customers, she will continue to focus on delivering value through providing a top-notch client experience.
Prior to joining RGA, Jen spent 20 years at MassMutual, where she was most recently Head of PRT Operations, focusing on creating a digital customer experience, generating operational scale through robotics, and building offshore teams. Prior to her role in PRT Operations, Jen held many varied positions at MassMutual in operations, administration, risk management, and technology.
Jen earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Western New England University. She is very active in her community and enjoys mentoring others.
