Jennifer Jennings serves Vice President of Strategic Growth Solutions within the U.S. Individual Life Business Development team at RGA. In this capacity, she collaborates with a team of cross-functional experts to address client challenges and objectives, ensuring the appropriate RGA team members and partners are engaged to develop innovative capabilities and solutions. Jennifer and the team remains actively involved throughout the implementation and launch phases.
Jennifer joined RGA in 2023, transitioning from her role as Vice President of Marketing at Grange Insurance, where she spearheaded brand, reputation, and product marketing strategies for the enterprise. Her tenure at Grange Insurance also included positions as Assistant Vice President, Grange Life Sales Leader, and Assistant Vice President, Life Product Manager.
Prior to her time at Grange Insurance, Jennifer spent over 15 years at Nationwide Financial, holding various leadership roles in marketing, sales development, and product management.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Grove City College and a Master of Business Administration from Capital University.
