Jake Besch

As an Analyst on the Private Debt & Equity team, Jake Besch is responsible for evaluating and underwriting direct lending (unitranche, second lien, mezzanine) and equity co-investment opportunities as well as fund investments. 

Prior to joining RGA full-time, Jake completed an internship with the Private Debt & Equity team in 2022. His responsibilities included diligence of new investment opportunities and projects related to monitoring the existing portfolio.

Jake received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
