David Sipprell

David Sipprell is Senior Vice President, Head of U.S. Group Healthcare. He manages and oversees the U.S. Group Healthcare business, including Healthcare Excess, Healthcare Turnkey, Healthcare Quota Share, and ROSE Consulting Group. He leads all aspects of the business including underwriting, marketing, operations, new business opportunities, and managing client relationships.

David is also responsible for RGA's overarching healthcare broker relations program. He has over 30 years of experience in the life and health insurance industry. His extensive leadership experience includes roles as Senior Vice President of Health Risk Management for a life insurer and President of Managed Care and Reinsurance Solutions for a reinsurer. David joined RGA in 2017.
