Chris Dolan is Vice President, Portfolio Manager for the $4 billion ReCap commercial mortgage loan portfolio.
Chris has 25 years of experience working in all phases of commercial mortgage loan origination, asset management and credit resolution. He began his career in commercial real estate in 1996 as a loan analyst at Conning Asset Management’s Atlanta lending office. In 2005, he joined Morgan Stanley as a CMBS loan underwriter. In 2007, he moved to Silverton Bank, a regional correspondent bank in Atlanta, where he worked as the CRE loan portfolio manager and senior CRE loan underwriter. In 2009, during the global financial crisis, he worked at First Citizens Bank of South Carolina in Special Assets and managed a FDIC loss share portfolio of 35 relationships with over 100 loans.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Denver and a Master’s degree from Georgia State University. Both degrees are in real estate and finance.
