Chase Steyns

Chase Steyns is a Senior Director in RGA’s Private, Debt & Equity group, where he leads due diligence and structuring of direct equity, direct debt, and GP fund investments. Chase is a board member of or observer to several Private Debt & Equity portfolio companies, and he is also a member of the Private Debt & Equity Investment Committee.

Before joining RGA in 2024, Chase served as investment professional at the Riverside Company. Prior to this, Chase served various investment roles at City Capital Ventures, Twin Brook Capital Partners, and Huntington Bank Sponsor Finance. Chase earned a BSBA in finance and operations management from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and currently lives with his wife and daughter in St. Louis.
