Ellen Cathey is a Vice President within Strategic Growth Solutions in USIL Business Development. In this role, Ellen is part of a team of cross-functional experts that works with clients to understand their strategic and growth goals and recommend potential ways RGA can help. This may include introductions to third party partners to co-create new capabilities and solutions or even new strategies and programs involving RGA throughout ideation, development and delivery.
Prior to this role Ellen worked for over 30 years with a Fortune 100 financial services company and direct insurer in executive roles including leadership of customer experience, process excellence and business consulting, sales development, life and annuity product development, as well as marketing, distribution, operations and IT. Her breadth of experience serves her well in her role as a leader serving RGA’s clients.
A Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Ellen holds a Masters Degree in Management. Ellen is also a WABC Certified Business Coach, an ATD certified Business Consultant and Master Performance Consultant, as well as a Forrester Certified Customer Experience leader.
